- I started to gain experience in a traditional boatyard from the age of 13. I was
- apprenticed at 16 to Southern Ocean shipyard as a ships joiner building 30'-100' yachts.
- At 24 I took engineering training and then a spell at Camper and Nicolsons old yard at
- Southampton as a Joiner. At 27 I become my own boss.
